Это мои самые любимые оладьи, у них необычный вкус, даже издалека напоминающий вкус пиццы с морепродуктами. Попробуйте приготовить и вам обязательно понравится.

Ингредиенты для «Оладьи с зеленью и с крабовыми палочками»:

  • Кефир

    500 мл

  • Яйцо куриное

    1 шт

  • Мука пшеничная



    3 стак.

  • Соль

    1 ч. л.

  • Разрыхлитель теста

    1 пач.

  • Сахар

    1 ст. л.

  • Масло растительное

    3 ст. л.

  • Крабовые палочки

    200 г

  • Лук зеленый

    1 пуч.

  • Укроп

    1 пуч.

Время приготовления: 20 минут

Количество порций: 6

Рецепт «Оладьи с зеленью и с крабовыми палочками»:

Для приготовления теста, вбиваем яйцо в чашу, добавляем туда соль, сахар и разрыхлитель, перемешиваем все ложкой. Далее выливаем в полученную смесь кефир, и опять всё перемешиваем, затем постепенно добавляем просеянную муку до получения консистенции густой сметаны. После этого, засыпаем в тесто мелко нарезанную зелень и крабовые палочки, снова все хорошо перемешиваем.
На разогретую с растительным маслом сковороду выкладываем ложкой тесто и жарим с обеих сторон до получения золотистой корочки. Наши оладьи готовы, можно подавать со сметаной. Приятного аппетита!
